Training

All BOAs undergo a comprehensive online training program designed to help them become familiar with the securities industry and to understand their daily responsibilities at the branch office. It consists of a series of online training modules with weekly quizzes, a mid-term and a final exam. Each BOA trainee has six months to successfully complete the program while staying in regular contact with headquarters.

As an experienced BOA, you will also complete advanced training throughout your career allowing you to develop your knowledge and skills and you are encouraged and supported to seek ongoing performance improvement regularly.

Branch Associate Training and Development
The Branch Associate Training and Development (BATD) department is the first department to contact a new BOA. BATD enrolls the new BOA in the online training modules and is ready and available for questions throughout the BOA's training process. There are also additional support and training opportunities to ensure proper branch and regional development.
