Your Support Network

As a BOA, you'll receive all the support you could ever need from our fully-staffed headquarters locations. The Branch Services department answers questions you have about how to perform your work functions. For example, if you have prospecting questions, wonder which local ads to run to promote the office, or just need more brochures, our Marketing division is there to support you.

For questions pertaining to specific products, contact the Service division for fast and accurate answers. Our Information Systems group can help you troubleshoot computer problems, and keep you up to date with the latest upgrades for your system. Whatever your needs, our headquarters associates are here to make sure that you and your Financial Advisor have what you need to keep your clients informed and satisfied with their choice in investment firms.

BOA Mentoring Programs
Many regions have established mentoring programs to help new BOAs as they come on board. Programs vary from region to region, but the key is establishing a relationship between a new BOA and a more senior BOA that has been with the firm for a period of time. This means as a new BOA, you’ll have a "go to" person that will help you become acclimated to your new firm and career.

Regionals
As a BOA, you’ll get to attend regional meetings once or twice a year where you’ll learn about firm initiatives, gain and share knowledge, and walk away with an informed vision of where the region is heading. In addition, other BOAs in your region are only a mere phone call away and willing to help you with any daily issues or concerns that arise. Regions are divided geographically and typically include 40 to 70 Financial Advisors and BOAs.
