A: I started with Edward Jones in 2001 and my current position in 2006. Q: What did you do prior to joining Edward Jones?
A: Prior to joining Edward Jones, I was employed in the Estate and Trust Department of a large Canadian Bank. Q: Describe the culture at Edward Jones and how it’s different from your previous job. What is unique?

A: Edward Jones gives me the flexibility I need to manage my personal affairs and work. If I need to work from home to help my wife, I have the flexibility to do that. Q: What does the firm being a partnership mean to you?
A: To me, the firm as a partnership means that the owners have a personal interest in the business that goes beyond what the owners of a corporation have.
