The Apprentice Program

If you're a recent university or college graduate who lacks financial services or sales experience, but has shown demonstrated abilities and a proven track record for success, the apprentice program is ideal for you.

  • Six-month program
  • Available in participating branch offices

Excellent hands-on, one-to-one training
Your training will begin with three days of learning telephone and administration skills and how to prospect for clients. You will then be assigned to a branch office where you will work one-on-one with a veteran Financial Advisor who will serve as your host.

During the six-month training program, you will work full time at your host Financial Advisor’s branch office learning the day-to-day intricacies of the Financial Advisor position. Upon completion of the program, you will then take part in the firm’s traditional Financial Advisor training program.

Compensation
You will be paid a monthly salary. You will also be eligible for benefits at a subsidized rate.

After finding a host Financial Advisor, candidates will undergo a progressive interview process with Financial Advisor Hiring. If the candidate is successful in all interviews, an offer is made.
