“Partnership means everything. An opportunity to own a portion on the firm you work for is very rare.”

Q: Describe your role within the firm.
A: The teams I am responsible for are in touch with the clients and branch offices directly every day. When a client needs to execute an order and the Financial Advisor is unavailable, our team contacts the client to confirm the trade.

A: The Customer Services teams are an extension of the branch office. Our team will execute a client order if the Financial Advisor is unavailable, the Financial Advisor earns the commission on the trade, we are here to support the branch office, not compete with them.
