Where we are headed
Trading will continue to be responsible for identifying market opportunities and ensuring a ready supply of investment products for our clients through commitment of firm capital and managing risk.
What we need
The most common role in the area is a Trader. A Bachelor's degree is required, and as Traders progress in their role, many will acquire advanced degrees such as an MBA, or designations such as a CFA, CFP or CPA. We also look for strong math and communication skills, ability to multi-task and a basic understanding of the markets.
