Client Strategies Group
The Client Strategies Group division packages and delivers the firm's advice and guidance to help you guide your clients toward meeting their financial goals. Their tools and advice help you understand each client's individual needs so you can provide them with the best service.
Ours is a highly regulated and often-changing industry. That's why we provide you access to a team of dedicated Compliance associates who handle the majority of your compliance and legal responsibilities, freeing you up to spend more time advising clients and building a business. Our Field Supervision department supervises our branch offices to ensure compliance with industry regulations and that we serve our clients' best interests.
Information Systems (IS)
Our IS division continually maintains and improves our technology for a simple reason: Nothing should get in the way of your client relationship. Our technology makes it easier and more convenient for clients to do business with us.
Our associates assist you in improving your marketing strategies and provide you with tools, seminars, literature and programs you can use to market your business locally. They also execute survey research, manage our national brand advertising campaign, and more.
The Service division provides fast information, friendly support and reliable solutions. Hundreds of headquarters associates are available to answer your questions, provide you with individual training and help you resolve any client-related issues - all at a moment's notice.
Operations associates will partner with you to deliver timely and accurate client information and account processing. They'll also answer your calls and communications about specific product/process issues and reconcile all account matters on your behalf.
