Recruitment Process

Begin the recruitment process by submitting your CV to our headquarters in Canary Wharf, London.

Once we have received your CV, it will be reviewed by a hiring specialist. Should your CV be successful at this stage a member of the hiring team will contact you in order to set up a first interview. This will be a short interview conducted either by telephone or face to face, depending on your location and availability, and will last approximately one hour.

If you are successful at the first interview stage you will be invited into our Canary Wharf Headquarters for a final interview. After this we will review all the information gathered on your behalf throughout the process and if successful you will be extended an offer. All offers are subject to the results of required industry/compliance background checks. Once an offer is extended your hiring specialist will discuss available training class start dates.
