Recruitment Process

Begin the recruitment process by submitting your CV to our Recruitment Department in Canary Wharf, London.

Once we have received your CV, it will be reviewed by one of our internal recruitment specialists. Should your CV be successful at this stage, a member of the team will contact you in order to set up a first interview. This will be a short interview conducted either by telephone or face-to-face, depending on your location and availability. This will help us to assess your level of experience, and provide you with an excellent opportunity to find out more about Edward Jones and the many benefits that come with joining us.

If you are successful at the first interview stage you will be invited into our Canary Wharf Headquarters for a final interview. After this we will review all the information gathered on your behalf throughout the process and if successful you will be extended an offer. All offers are subject to the results of required industry/compliance background checks. Once an offer is extended, your recruitment specialist will discuss available training class start dates.
