Remuneration Although commissions will be your main source of income as you progress in your Financial Adviser career, your earnings will consist of the following key elements: - Training and support salary
During your sales training period, and the first 12 months after you’ve achieved your industry qualifications, we’ll pay you a base salary that will help you establish yourself during the early stages of your career. - Bonuses
During the first 36 months, we'll reward you with milestone and new account bonuses when you reach key stages in building the business – meaning you’ll always have an incentive to work towards. - Commissions
Paid on revenues generated, including additions to existing investments and ongoing service fees. In short, the more effort you put in, the more rewards you will receive. - Diversification Trips/Incentive Travel
All Financial Advisers can earn up to two performance-based travel opportunities a year. Hawaii, Colorado, Africa, the Caribbean and China are just some of the places you could visit.
