Q: Describe your role within the firm. A: I work with our Financial Advisers to help them find bespoke solutions in order to solve their individual clients retirement planning needs. A: The Client Solutions area is responsible for ensuring that sufficient investment solutions, as part of a diversified portfolio, are available to help our clients to meet their long-term financial needs. Q: What year did you start at Edward Jones? What year did you start in your current position? A: I started in 2001 and have been in this position since December of 2008. Q: What did you do prior to joining Edward Jones? A: I was a trainer for AMP Financial Services. Q: One area Edward Jones prides itself is enabling associates to maintain a strong work-life balance. How does this approach impact you? A: I'm fortunate to have the flexibility in my role that I can keep a healthy balance between the work and home life. Q: How did you hear about Edward Jones in the U.K. and what were your perceptions before joining? Have those perceptions proved to be right or wrong? A: I had never heard of Edward Jones before I joined, therefore no perceptions. At the time of joining I liked the fact they offered an individual service to its customers in their local community.
