With this in mind, we have developed world-class training opportunities that serve to continually increase our associates' knowledge and help achieve their personal and professional goals.

Comprehensive and customised training and orientation
All newly-hired associates go through an extensive integration programme to familiarise them with what it means to be a part of Edward Jones. This programme is designed to educate new associates on our firm's history, philosophy and values. Finally, an entire day is dedicated to reinforcing the Edward Jones strong commitment to clients through our "Delighting Customers" programme. It's an integral part of building the lasting relationships that help us grow our firm year-after-year.

Many additional training programmes are available to help our associates continue to grow and develop their skills. Specific programmes can be selected based on individual needs, and associates are encouraged to continue their development. Continuing education isn't restricted to Edward Jones course offerings. Tuition reimbursement is available for those interested in working toward an undergraduate or post graduate degree.
