“I was out ill for a couple of days, but once I returned I received calls from our clients just checking to make sure I was all right. That made me realize I do have a special relationship with our clients.”

Q: Would you like to share a memorable experience with a client that encapsulate or typifies what it’s like to work for Edward Jones?
A: A client who passed away had about five heirs who didn’t communicate well with one another. I decided to be the contact person for everyone. We successfully distributed their shares at Edward Jones as well as the assets at different banks. Our job doesn’t just stop with investments alone. Our clients look to us to help every step of the way. It’s our job to go above and beyond our duties.

A: My Financial Advisor and I have worked together for six months, and we are getting to know each other’s style as well as how to better serve our clients.

A: I have children, and being close to their school is helping to fulfill my wants to be visible within their school as well as being a full-time associate. Now that’s great!

A: The most helpful part is learning how to find the answer to any subject, because each day is different in each office.
