One of the reasons Edward Jones has been so successful is our network of branch offices based in local neighborhoods. This means we can get to know our clients personally and are able to build long-term relationships with them. This is truly a unique level of personal service not often seen today.

Currently, we have over 10,000 office locations throughout the U.S., Canada and the U.K. As a BOA, you will most likely work in a two-person office assisting a Financial Advisor as he or she sees to the financial needs of local residents and business owners. Headquarters and Regional Structure
Although ideal for customer service, a network of widespread branch offices can create unique challenges when it comes to training, encouraging and advancing our people. To address this, we have established full-service headquarters in St. Louis, Mo., and Tempe, Ariz., and a comprehensive regional support system for all Financial Advisors and BOAs.
