In an Edward Jones branch office, a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) provides the primary support to a Financial Advisor, not only helping to grow a business, but making a real difference in people’s lives. Most likely working from a two-person community office, your efforts will support your financial advisor as they work with local individual investors toward their long-term financial goals.

All BOAs undergo a comprehensive online training program designed to help them become familiar with the securities industry and to understand their daily responsibilities at their branch office.
