Producer Transition Calculator

Edward Jones offers experienced Financial Advisors first-year compensation packages that rival any in the industry, without long-term employment requirements. This calculator is designed for Financial Advisors with a minimum of:

  • Three years of industry experience,
  • $20 million assets under care, and
  • Trailing 12-month gross production of at least $150,000.

Our producer transition package includes a guaranteed income for your first three to twelve months based on your current gross production, asset bonuses for your first six months, and production bonuses based on months seven to twelve.
