Q. What is it like to have your own branch dedicated branch assistant?
Having my own dedicated branch assistant allows me to spend more time working with my clients and less time processing the paperwork that results from my efforts. This extra time allows me to be more proactive with my existing clients. Being more proactive improves client satisfaction and increases referrals. It's all connected.
Q. Talk about the strides the firm has made as it pertains to technology?
Technology has definitely improved over the last couple of years. The Financial Assessment Tool has allowed me to dig deeper with my current clients. It also gives me and my clients confidence that our planning will allow them to achieve their individual financial goals. The Financial Assessment Tool also helps my clients to focus on their goal and not on whether the market is up or down on a particular day. Q. If you are using Advisory Solutions, how has it changed your business?
Advisory Solutions has allowed me to spend less time on the day-to-day maintenance of clients' accounts and more time with my clients assessing whether or not they are on track to meet their goals. Clients understand that when I am contacting them about their account it is not to sell them an investment, rather it is to talk about the progression toward their goal.
