Personal Orientation Profile Assessment This is a psychological profile assessment that each of our prospective Financial Advisors completes. It is a tool to help candidates assess their potential based on the history of our own successful Financial Advisors. There are no right or wrong answers. The assessment merely highlights areas of strength that occur in each of us. Completion of the profile is required in order to apply for the Financial Advisor position. Edward Jones operates in a highly regulated industry. As such, prior to the assessment you will be presented with a series of questions relating to your employment eligibility. |
