Headquarters and Regional Support
At Edward Jones, we believe the best way to serve our clients is by meeting with them face to face and building long-term relationships with them. This is why we do business from individual branch offices located in the communities where our clients live and work. Although ideal for client service, a network of widespread Financial Advisors can create unique challenges when it comes to training, encouraging and advancing our people. To address this, we have established full-service headquarters in every country we do business and a comprehensive regional support system for all Financial Advisors.

Field Support & Mentoring
Before you even begin your training, you are assigned a mentor who will be with you every step of the way. You will also meet with your regional leader – the person responsible for the health and growth of a geographic region of Financial Advisors. Additionally, you will be assigned to a Success Team consisting of 10 to 12 trainees, one academic leader and one veteran Financial Advisor.

Headquarters Support
At Edward Jones, there is only one profit center – you, the individual Financial Advisor. This means everyone at our headquarters is not managing his or her own revenue streams – each is there to support you.
