Statements Management    
This department oversees the generation of client statements and client tax documents (online and paper) for the U.S. and Canada, tax reporting to the regulatory bodies in all 3 countries, as well as performs cost basis processing, amount Invested processing, and problem resolution for all department systems.

Enterprise Content Management    
This department consists of the following:

The Web Content Management team is responsible for Projects, enhancements, and support for JonesNet/JonesLink Services, ISNet, and consulting for Private Nets. Also provides support for various tools and systems (i.e. Stellent, Teamsite, iPhrase/OmniFind Search, Web Analytics, etc.) from an infrastructure perspective that are used by the Web Content Management application support team.

The ECM team is responsible for Projects, enhancements, and support for the Imaging business area. Also supports the various tools and systems (i.e. Stellent) from an infrastructure perspective that are used by the Imaging/scan application support.

Key Qualifications Include:

• Web Content Management team (ECM-Tools): Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, etc. preferred. Five or more years experience in software development and support in a client/Server / Web environment. Experience with Content Management Systems and Web Search Engines. Interwoven or Stellent CMS. UNIX, PERL and JAVA Knowledge required.  
• ECM team: Ability to: Provide technical leadership and complete complex system level assignments. Install, configure, test, implement, and maintain third party vendor applications on Windows and Unix/Linux servers. Analyze, design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain systems. Develop and modify complex procedures considering equipment capacity and limitations. Formulate and define system scope and objectives. Prepare detailed software specifications and test plans. Web Technologies    
Associates in this department ensure the availability and reliability of our Enterprise Web Infrastructure and provide Java and J2EE mentoring, system design review, and general web development expertise to assist project teams in the successful development and implementation of web-based systems. Other responsibilities include providing user interface designs for our internally developed applications and reviews for vendor-supplied solutions to ensure our systems are easy to learn and efficient to use.

Database Design

Network Project Services

Network Voice Services    
This department consists of the following:

Voice Operations – Responsible for the day-to-day support of branch phone systems, HQ phone systems, contact centers, and all cellular devices. This includes performance and daily support of all telephony related issues.

Voice Projects – Responsible for currency, capacity, and all voice related projects in regards to: branch phones, HQ phones, HQ infrastructure, and contact centers.

Voice Research – Responsible for vision and strategy of technology associated with voice communication and collaboration. This includes research of emerging technologies and providing technical expertise for Voice Project, Voice Operations, and Video Conferencing teams.

Video Conferencing – Responsible for the day-to-day support of all video conference room, scheduling, hardware, software, currency, capacity, and troubleshooting.

Associates in this department quantify IS infrastructure and application performance by the establishment and maintenance of performance data base repositories in order to provide reliable, meaningful data that describe Jones workloads and system performance, conduct performance tests of application and infrastructure bundles, as well as conduct performance tuning and tune applications, infrastructure hardware and software including their interrelationships to improve the performance of systems.
