Division Description
Investment Banking is a member of the Edward Jones Client Solutions Group, which strives to understand the needs and wants of our clients in order to provide the solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. Other divisions in CSG include Equities & Fixed Income Trading, Managed Investment & Packaged Solutions, Retirement Plan Marketing & Financial Assessment, Marketing, Research, and the Edward Jones Trust Company*.

Investment Banking assists corporations, governments, and non-profit organizations raise capital by underwriting quality stock and bond issues. Edward Jones' approach to investment banking is unique in the industry as all underwritings are distributed to individual investors rather than institutional investors. With over 10,000 branch office locations Edward Jones offers issuers excellent distribution capabilities.

At Edward Jones, we are committed to a long-term philosophy that emphasizes quality and diversification. Our clients are typically long term, serious investors who would rather interact with an actual person (our Financial Advisors) instead of a call center or a Web site. As an associate in this division, you will help provide bonds and stock offerings for our Financial Advisors to use to offer appropriate solutions to our clients.
