Edward Jones’ PASS program (Practical Application of Service and Solutions) is not a series of classes or online training modules; instead PASS is a real world, on-the-job experience that prepares you for a career as a Financial Advisor. You will experience world-class training and career development opportunities, along with a strong network of support that serves to continually increase your knowledge and help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
For those candidates that hold a Series 7 and 66 license, the program is 7 months. For those who do not hold these licenses, the program lasts for 9 months.

The PASS Program is a customized rotational development program, designed to instill and develop the competencies of the Financial Advisor position. Initially, you will prepare for the required regulatory examinations (Series 7 and 66), prior to relocating into the headquarters. This is followed by gaining hands-on invaluable knowledge and experience on the financial services industry, the firm, and from the headquarters: - You will receive one-on-one coaching and mentoring during the program.
- Upon completion of the PASS program, you will have the opportunity to choose a location to build your career as an Edward Jones Financial Advisor.

If the Financial Advisor PASS program aligns with your goals, apply today. Graduates must complete a Financial Advisor application for consideration. Under the College Addendum section of the application, where it asks "Please select the position to which you are applying", select "PASS program (Practical Application of Service and Solutions)" from the drop down menu.
