Notable recognitions and awards over the past few years include:

• Edward Jones ranked No. 5 on FORTUNE magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For" 2012 list. This is Edward Jones' 13th year on the prestigious list. Edward Jones also ranked No. 3 for large-sized companies and No. 2 for work-life balance.

• Edward Jones ranked No. 2 among the nation's six largest financial services firms in the Registered Rep. Dec 2011 survey. In the annual survey financial advisors grade their firms' ranking in the industry, and client service excellence. The firm's No. 2 ranking was consistent with last year's ranking. Prior to then, Edward Jones placed in the No. 1 spot for 17 consecutive years.

• Edward Jones was named the No. 2 full-service brokerage firm in the June 2011 edition of SmartMoney magazine. The firm consistently has been ranked highly in the survey, including placing No. 1 in 2005, 2007 and 2010 and No. 2 in 2008 and 2009.

• Edward Jones has been named a top company for training, ranking No. 11 on Training magazine's "2011 Training Top 125" list. We have been recognized on this prestigious list for 11 consecutive years. 

• The J.D. Power and Associates 2010 Financial Advisor Satisfaction Study^SM ranked Edward Jones Highest in Employee Advisor Satisfaction among Financial Investment Firms. Six financial services firms ranked. This is the third time J.D. Power has conducted the study since 2007.
   
• Edward Jones ranked 15th in the large companies category in the Phoenix Business Journal's "Best Companies to Work For". (December 2009)
   
• Edward Jones recognized with a "Diversity Leadership Award" by Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA.)
   
• Edward Jones ranked "Highest in Investor Satisfaction with Full Service Brokerage Firms, Two Years in a Row" according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 and 2010 U.S. Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study^SM.
  
  Edward Jones received the highest numerical score among full service brokerage firms in the proprietary J.D. Power and Associates 2009-2010 Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study^SM. 2010 study based on responses from 4,460 investors measuring 12investment firms and measures opinions of investors who used full-service investment institutions. • For the ninth consecutive year, Edward Jones ranked as a top company for training its associates in Training magazine’s 2009 Top 125 edition. (February 2009)
   
• Featured in Registered Rep. magazine's "Knock, Knock. Who's There? An Elated Edward Jones Advisor."
  
• Edward Jones has been named a “Best Place to Work” in several states.
    
• Edward Jones ranked No. 8 - the highest-ranking brokerage firm - on Business Week magazine's first-ever ranking of “Customer Service Champs.” (March 2008)
    
• Edward Jones was named the No. 1 full-service brokerage firm in the June 2010 edition of SmartMoney magazine. The magazine lauded the firm for growing its number of financial advisors in a down market. The firm, with a reputation for excellent client service, also managed to lead the pack in stock picking. The firm consistently has been ranked highly in the SmartMoney survey as No. 1 in 2005 and 2007 and No. 2 in 2008 and 2009.

Notable recognition in Canada:

• For the ninth consecutive year, financial services firm Edward Jones was named to the "50 Best Employers in Canada" list by Aon Hewitt and published in Maclean's magazine. The firm ranked in the No. 12 spot.
