Le MDSI exécutera des programmes par le biais de nombreux canaux différents, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter :

Skills/Requirements
- Un minimum de 4 ans, démontrant une connaissance et une compréhension approfondies des principes du marketing ; Ou plus de 2 ans d’experience en marketing dans le secteur des services financiers, avec des niveaux de responsabilité croissants
- Diplome en marketing, commerce ou journalisme/communication.
- Bilinguisme avec d’excellentes capacités en rédaction et en traduction dans les deux langues.
- Connaissance générale des disciplines du marketing : communication marketing, publipostage, radiodiffusion, relations publiques, promotion des ventes, marketing par base de données, études de marché et en ligne.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de rédaction et d’édition. Aptitude avérée à traiter des sujets complexes et à élaborer des des communications claires qui informent et éduquent les associés et les clients.
- Capacité à articuler une stratégie créative et des messages clés.
- Capacité à créer et à exécuter des stratégies de communication marketing de complexité simple à moyenne complexité
- Compétences en matière de gestion de projets et d’organisation.
- Capacité à développer et à suivre des processus pour assurer une gestion efficace du flux de travail par les domaines fonctionnels du marketing.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint.

- Avec des conseils, de nombreuses initiatives nécessitent un processus unique de résolution de problèmes pour déterminer la manière la plus efficace, la plus appropriée et la plus rentable de mettre en œuvre une solution de marketing pour l’entreprise en vue d’atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise.
