Welcome to Edward Jones | Getting started with JonesStart

Edward Jones is committed to providing a positive onboarding experience when colleagues join the firm. As part of onboarding, new associates participate in JonesStart.

Overview
JonesStart is a three-day program that occurs Tuesday through Thursday, typically every other week from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (Central Time).
- Program will extend to Friday as needed for observed market holidays
New Associates receive details via email from Edward Jones about the date of their JonesStart class prior to their start date.
- New associates with dedicated study time for licensing (FAs, AFAs, and RBAs) will participate in JonesStart after passing their exams at the same time as KYC (Know Your Client)
Prior to the Session
Plan to join the session approximately 10 minutes prior to start in case of technical difficulties.

Join the JonesStart Session via Zoom
New associates can join the session from their Edward Jones workstation or their personal device. Registration details will be sent via email with the class date and zoom information from: noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us.
- Please check the inbox of the personal email address provided at time of hire and your Edward Jones email address for registration detail
