Service and Operations are two of our largest divisions – and for good reason. The work we do here touches on every aspect of the client account life cycle.
From client onboarding, trading and portfolio balancing to custody of accounts and producing client statements. Between our Service and Operations divisions, we have the most direct and frequent contact with our branch teams – supporting them so they can fully support our clients. Everyday we interact with our branch teams and clients upwards of 30,000 times. Making it easy for our clients to do business with us. And supporting our branch teams in providing a best-in-class client experience.

We support systems and processes that impact every aspect of our business.
While the Technology division is rolling out the latest digital client experience, for example, we are working alongside them – designing, testing and implementing it together. Tackling the complex situations head-on, and together, to ensure efficiencies, accuracy and the best client experience. This makes collaborating across divisions imperative to our ability to develop solutions. It also makes our work meaningful to the entire firm – and to our clients.
