    Great news! Edward Jones will pay for you to study for your required licensing and provides you a study specialist and personalized support to help you ace your industry exams. To be a licensed financial advisor, you will need to pass your Securities Industry Essential or SIE exam, the Series 7 exam, and the Series 66 exam. Edward Jones financial advisors also must complete state insurance licensing requirements.

    During your initial onboarding, you will receive hourly compensation so you can focus on studying for your registration exams and learning business building strategies. During this time, you can expect to study a minimum of 40 hours a week.

You’ll also earn commissions and will be rewarded for your hard work with profit sharing and trimester bonuses.
