Home Office Inclusion Mentoring Program

Encouraging cross-cultural development of mentor relationships to create learning opportunities


This program was created to foster mentoring relationships. It encourages cross-cultural development of mentor and mentee relationships to create an opportunity for both parties to learn more about each other and their cultures.

The mentors are encouraged to learn about their mentees' work styles, their strengths and development needs in terms of career strategies and leadership potential. Mentors also share their knowledge and experiences with mentees to help aid in the mentee's ability to identify strategies for personal and professional development.

Business Resource Groups (BRGs)

Members from various affinity groups voluntarily serve as a resource to facilitate inclusive and diverse perspectives.


Members of Business Resource Groups (BRGs) provide opportunities for professional development, networking and participate in local community activities that promote cultural awareness.

Inclusion Ambassadors, Inclusion Council

Associates and leaders across divisions partner to integrate inclusion and diversity into the everyday practices of the firm.


Inclusion Ambassador Program

Associates involved in this program strive to recognize individuals who are contributing to the firm's core strategy to attract and retain a diverse work force, clientele and leadership team.

Inclusion Council

The Inclusion Council is comprised of home office associates from all areas of the firm who partner with leadership to integrate inclusion and diversity into the culture and everyday practices of the firm.

The Inclusion Council was created to ensure that there is alignment of our inclusion efforts across the firm. The Inclusion Council hosts our annual Inclusion and Diversity Week.

If you're wanting to sharpen your knowledge and skills on inclusion and diversity, the firm offers various online and classroom training sessions to assist associates in understanding how to incorporate inclusion into their everyday practices.

Inclusion and Diversity Week, Diversity Career Event

Two of our most fun-filled, information packed signature events.


Diversity Week

This week long event incorporates workshops and guest speakers who come to share ideas and best practices on inclusion. We also invite various community based organizations on campus to share how they serve the community and educate associates on how they can become more involved.

Diversity Career Event

This is not your typical career event. This event allows participants to network directly with hiring leaders across the firm. Have your resume ready and be prepared to learn more about Edward Jones opportunities in our headquarters and branch locations.
