[Nick] I see my practice exploding with growth, and I think in part, that’s because of the service model that we have here at Jones. Because of the type of products that we’re able to offer to our clients.
[Jennifer] We’ve got the ability to trade and have a commission-based account, or we have the ability to actually do a fee-based account.
[Eric] I felt very comfortable with the advisory platforms, the trust company was in important element for me.

[Nick] I think that’s one of the secret weapons of Edward Jones is our BOA.
[Eric] The ability of an advisor and branch office administrator team to make a difference in our clients’ lives is more profound here.
[Jennifer] When you have a branch office administrator in your own office, they actually know your clients just as well as you know your clients. And I’m not tied to that office, I can actually go out and find the business, as opposed to just waiting for it to come through the doors.
[Text] Transition Tailored To You
[Nick] I felt an immense amount of support. We have a transitional rep that helps you every step of the way, moving from one firm to the next.
[Eric] Her entire role was to support the effort, make sure we were not having to deal with paperwork issues, help train us on the systems, basically left us to do the work we needed to get done in communicating with clients and establishing those relationships.
[Text] Opportunities to Lead
[Jennifer] This is the coolest part about Edward Jones, is that you don’t have to give up your practice if you want to be in leadership.
[Eric] We have been given more opportunity here to develop ourselves as far as our roles are concerned, than we’ve had anywhere else.
[Text] Clients Come First
[Jennifer] I think the best thing is that you can really work more closely with your clients, and that you have the ability to get to know them on a deeper level.
[Eric] The tools that we have with respect to satisfying the client need, they’re outstanding. We’ve got nothing but positive feedback from our clients.
[Text] Our Collaborative Culture
[Jennifer] The culture surprised me the most. That everyone was willing to help us out, and get you on your feet, and help you understand the business.
[Nick] If you look at every single managing partner in time, they’ve done this role. They’ve been in the trenches, they know what client needs are, what advisor needs are.
[Eric] Success at Edward Jones I believe is dependent upon two or three very major things, integrity, honesty, empathy dealing with clients. These are all attributes I’ve seen throughout our system.
[Nick] And every day I come to Jones, I feel like I’m making a huge difference in my clients’ lives.
[Jennifer] I feel like I can be successful here. And I feel like I can bring in the clients that I really wanna work with, and that I feel comfortable with, and wanna grow and help them achieve those things that they are looking to do.
