Would you like to put more purpose back in your life and work? If you’re an experienced financial advisor, business and family probably take up most of your time. But making time to connect with your community can be rewarding both personally and professionally. To make that happen, you need to find a firm that empowers you to pursue your purpose and grow your business. Here are two guideposts to consider—resources and culture.

Whether its technology or supportive team members, the right resources can add time back in your day. Working with a dedicated client support team professional or even an associate financial advisor can drive better outcomes and give you flexibility. You could also benefit from technology that helps your team more efficiently manage and track client relationships.

Creating Space for Community Connection

I know plenty of financial advisors at Edward Jones who actively work toward sharpening their competitive edge—and dedicate time to charitable and community activities.

When you’re out in the community, you can create connections and learn things you can’t from behind the desk or in a LinkedIn feed.
