we also have an associate financial advisor. She is able to execute all of the activities that I can execute, so that enables us

to serve our clients more efficiently. They're not waiting for a callback from me on something that might be urgent.

There's somebody else in the office that can deliver in a timely fashion what the clients need. When I joined it was me

and my branch office administrator. And now as we've grown in our practice, we've added a registered branch associate, and we're working towards becoming a multiple

financial advisor office. Now my clients come in and every one of them hug my BOAs. They hug my branch office administrator.

They talk to them, they sit out in the lobby and they have real conversations. That's that culture that you feel when you come into one

of our offices. It's just different how the client feels supported and known. You know, I didn't have that support where I was before. So I did everything myself from opening accounts, transferring assets, submitting documents. It's amazing what you can do with your business
