Awards & Accolades
Edward Jones has been named among the 2023 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® by Great Place to Work® and Fortune® magazine. The firm ranked No. 62 on the celebrated 2023 list, establishing itself as one of the best places to work in the country.
Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status or other demographic identifiers.
Edward Jones is on a multi-year journey of transformation, one that is geared toward serving its clients more completely through deep personal relationships and comprehensive planning and advice. Serving our clients starts with taking care of our financial advisors, branch team support members and home office employees by listening and learning from them, and by offering new forms of flexibility, autonomy and choice so they can better serve their clients and communities.
“We are a place of belonging, where our associates come together to live out their purpose and our firm’s purpose and help clients achieve what matters most.”
Suzan McDaniel, Chief Human Resources Officer at Edward Jones
Edward Jones recently released its fifth-annual Purpose, Inclusion and Citizenship Report, “Partnering for Positive Impact,” which outlines how the firm has worked to help improve the lives of its clients and colleagues, and to better communities and society. The report highlights some of the ways Edward Jones furthered a place of belonging for its associates and advanced its diverse representation goals, educated more than 175,000 individuals through its Financial Fitness program and donated more than $26 million to 259 organizations through corporate, Edward Jones Foundation and philanthropic giving.
Making the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list is highly competitive. Using its proprietary Trust IndexTM, Great Place to Work evaluated more than 500,000 employee surveys nationwide for key behaviors that drive trust in management, connection with colleagues and loyalty to company.
