[Helen] With the flexibility and the freedom to build the business that I choose to build, I’ve built a better business than I ever imagined that I would. The culture is very collaborative.

[Helen] That’s I think the biggest difference from any other place I’ve ever worked.

[Floyd] I actually had someone, who actually top 20 within the company call me every month and tell me what a great job I did. Was a mentor to me.

[Floyd] Every day I wake up, I enjoy what I do.

[Helen] I like to help people problem solve, especially something that seems very complex or overwhelming, if I can help them take that thing and break that down into small pieces and come up with a plan of attack and help them feel empowered to accomplish that goal or get through that thing. That gives me a great sense of personal satisfaction.

[Jennie] When a client comes to you and says I couldn’t have done this without you, no matter how financially rewarding it is, the emotional reward is huge.

[Text] Atlanta has Room for You to Grow

[Floyd] We have a lot of opportunity. Atlanta is a city they’re saying is continuing to grow. We’re going to have several more million more people in the next couple of years and Edward Jones needs to be a part of that. We’re looking for financial advisors so we can be a part of that.

[Helen] I don’t think of my work even as really work. I just really look forward to meeting with my clients, talking to them about what’s going on in their lives, helping them solve problems and I integrate that with whatever my kids needs are as well and it’s all just one big seamless life.

Base salary, office and administrator? That’s on us. How far you will go? All you.

When you join Edward Jones as a financial advisor, we’ll set you up with a firm-provided office in a community you choose, a branch office administrator to help run your daily activities and access to resources to help build a successful practice. You’ll receive four years of a salary based on what you earned in your previous career. With no cap on your earning potential, how far you go is entirely up to you.
