[Jill] To be able to build my own business was an absolutely incredible opportunity.

[Anson] I thought it was going to be somewhat of a transactional type business. What I learned quickly was that I really am a counselor, motivator, educator and really a coach to many of my clients and their families. That’s evolved over time. The biggest shock was how deep those relationships had become.

[Jill] There is support all the way around. I never felt like I didn’t have the tools and the resources that I needed to make myself and my branch successful.
[Anson] Their number one goal is to support us the best way that they possibly can so that we can deliver the best experience we can to our clients.

[Jill] You have the ability to build your business to whatever level. You know the sky’s the limit.

[Anson] The capability to grow my practice the way that I saw fit and to work with people that I related well to and saw value in what I was doing was just huge.

Base salary, office and administrator? That’s on us. How far you will go? All you.

When you join Edward Jones as a financial advisor, we’ll set you up with a firm-provided office in a community you choose, a branch office administrator to help run your daily activities and access to resources to help build a successful practice. You’ll receive four years of a salary based on what you earned in your previous career. With no cap on your earning potential, how far you go is entirely up to you.
