[Crystal] You’re working for a Fortune 500 company but you have the mentality of a small business owner. So you’re not left to figure it out on your own but your given enough flexibility to make it your own. We only ask for your sweat equity. We don’t ask for a dollar investment into building your brand and your business. We give you all the tools and resources you need to be a great financial advisor and to build a successful business.

[Text] Training and Support – Throughout Your Career

[Brad] The training was just right on time, it was almost like checkpoints the first year of my career. There were literally dozens of individuals at the firm that helped me be successful. That culture is really what permeates at Edward Jones and naturally I want to help those who are behind me.

[Crystal] And that really also comes from our partnership. Because your success in turn contributes to my success. We really rally around together to work as a team, because we’re all working to keep the client center and make sure we’re doing what’s best for the people in our communities.

[Crystal] Anything that’s going on with my family, I can arrange my day because we have a flexible day. Now sometimes that means I have to put in the hours at other times of the week, but I get to choose, no one chooses that for me.

[Crystal] There’s no cap. You set your goal as an individual and as a professional and no one can stop you from achieving it only yourself.

[Brad] Every day when I get out of bed the first thing I think about are my clients and how I can better serve them. That is the best thing about my career is the ability to draw individuals out and not only understand what’s important to them but to show them how they can reach those goals.

[Crystal] And for them to look at you and say I couldn’t have done this without you.

Base salary, office and administrator? That’s on us. How far you will go? All you.

When you join Edward Jones as a financial advisor, we’ll set you up with a firm-provided office in a community you choose, a branch office administrator to help run your daily activities and access to resources to help build a successful practice. You’ll receive four years of a salary based on what you earned in your previous career. With no cap on your earning potential, how far you go is entirely up to you.
