[Geoff] Initially it was the autonomy and the flexibility to build a business and run a business as I saw fit and at the same time have the support of a Fortune 500 company that is there with the resources and everything I need to allow me to run my business.

[Geoff] As my career progressed it really just became about the relationships that I have with my clients. It’s really been incredibly impactful on my life personally. Clients come in and they tell us some of most important aspects of their lives and they share those things with us. And they look to us for help in accomplishing those and getting through them and continuing on to the next goal.

Base salary, office and administrator? That’s on us. How far you will go? All you.

When you join Edward Jones as a financial advisor, we’ll set you up with a firm-provided office in a community you choose, a branch office administrator to help run your daily activities and access to resources to help build a successful practice. You’ll receive four years of a salary based on what you earned in your previous career. With no cap on your earning potential, how far you go is entirely up to you.
