Le Concepteur d’Expérience d’Apprentissage est responsable de la conception, du développement, de la traduction en français et de la livraison d’expérience d’apprentissage multi-mondiales à haute performance qui renforcent les capacités des apprenants, induisent un changement de comportement, et produisent les résultats de performance souhaités. Dans ce rôle, vous favoriseriez une culture d’apprentissage continue grâce a une conception centrée sur l’humain. Une maitrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais est essentielle, car tous les matériaux doivent être produits dans les deux langues officielles du Canada. Ce poste comprend la traduction ainsi que l’assurance qualité de notre matériel d’apprentissage. Par conséquent, des compétences exceptionelles en rédaction et en traduction sont requises.
Responsabilités principales:
- Collaborer avec vos collègues en apprentissage et développement, les parties prenantes et les leaders pour concevoir, développer, traduire et livrer des solutions d’apprentissage et de développement percutantes qui répondent aux objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Renforcer les capacités des apprenants et induire un changement comportemental grâce a un processus de conception et de livraison centré sur les apprenants, comprenant la recherche utilisateur, la cocréation de prototypes d’expériences, et en garantissant une qualité irréprochable dès la première livraison en français et en anglais.
- Exploiter les analyses et rapports d’apprentissage pour surveiller, maintenir et optimiser les expériences d’apprentissage.
- Travailler au sein d’équipes dynamiques, autonomes et matricielles, responsables de la mise en œuvre de projets de bout en bout dans un environnement rapide et exigeant
- Agir en tant que chef de projet ou manager d’équipe en matière de traduction en français de tous les apprentissages critiques, en utilisant des pratiques de planification pour fournir des apprentissages rapidement et a grande échelle.
- Assumer occasionnellement les responsabilités de Scrum Master en soutenant l’équipe.
- Faciliter la livraison d’expériences d’apprentissage en français et en anglais, y compris des sessions de développement en présentiel et virtuelle, des ateliers, des cohortes et des forums sociaux.
- Des déplacements occasionnels, ne dépassant pas 25 % du temps, pourraient être nécessaires.

Skills/Requirements
- Plus de 2 ans d’expérience en animation, accompagnement au développement professionnel, intégration de nouveaux employés, et/ou :
- Plus de 2 ans d’expérience avérée dans la conception, le développement et la curation d’expérience d’apprentissage et de performance alignées sur les objectifs d’affaires
- Plus de 2 ans d’expérience avérée dans la traduction de matériel d’apprentissage vers le français, idéalement en utilisant des outils de traduction
- Maîtrise démontrée des outis Articulate Storyline, Rise Editor, Vyond, Audacity, et Adobe Creative Cloud préférée
Compétences, Connaissances et Aptitudes:
- Expérience avérée dans l’utilisation des principes et méthodologies de Design Thinking et de recherche en expérience utilisateur pour développer des conceptions d’apprentissage et de performance.
- Compréhension appliquée des sciences de l’apprentissage et de la conception pédagogique pour concevoir des expériences d’apprentissage qui atteignent les résultant attendus.
- Connaissance appliquée des outils et méthodologies modernes pour créer des solutions d’apprentissage et de performance multi-mondiales.
- Compétences avérées en animation et en communication verbale et écrite, y compris la capacité a expliqué des concepts complexes a des publics variés
- Compréhension des responsabilités et des attentes des rôles sur le terrain dans l’entreprise (p. ex, conseillers financiers, membres de soutien des équipes en agence).
- Bilinguisme requis.
- Capacité a identifier et résoudre des problèmes de routine en s’appuyant sur des processus existants, avec le soutien des membres de la gestion
