| Effectively control the risks associated with business activities via the execution of the firm’s Enterprise Risk Management framework for identifying, assessing, treating, mitigating, monitoring, reporting, and escalating risks, with a specific focus on AI-related risks (including generative AI and agentic AI related risks). |
| What You’ll Do: The Sr. Risk & Control Associate assists divisional leadership in identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and monitoring the operational, strategic, financial, and other risks of the division. Assists in the executions of the risk management program, which includes performing and facilitating risk assessments, connecting the risks across reporting responsibilities and assisting leadership in prioritizing risk mitigation efforts. While this position is an individual contributor role, the person in this position will work in partnership with internal stakeholders, including divisional leadership, as well as risk representatives from across the organization. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm’s Employee Assistance Program.
