Edward Jones has been named on the “Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance” list by Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine. We’re No. 16 out of 100 large companies.
The survey found that 90% of Edward Jones associates said the firm is a great place to work. This number is 33% higher than the average U.S. company. Edward Jones is a place of belonging, where associates come together to live out the firm’s purpose and help clients achieve what matters most. The Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance list is based on analysis of survey responses from over 191,000 employees from Great Place To Work Certified™ companies in the financial services and insurance industry.
“We care deeply about enabling fulsome development opportunities, offering career pathways that allow for growth, and providing a variety of benefits and programs that align to our values and culture. Perhaps, most importantly, our colleagues know that they can connect both personally and professionally with our firm’s purpose – to partner for positive impact to improve the lives of our clients and colleagues and, together, better our communities and society,” said Suzan McDaniel, Chief Human Resources Officer at Edward Jones.
The Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance is highly competitive. Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies were only considered if they had been a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization.
Companies are assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience that cuts across job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status and other demographic identifiers.
“We’re incredibly proud to be recognized for our work environment, especially as we are keenly focused on continuously fostering an inclusive workplace where all associates can thrive.”
Suzan McDaniel, Chief Human Resources Officer at Edward Jones
