Penny Pennington
Principal, Managing Partner

In January 2019, Penny assumed responsibility of Managing Partner. Penny most recently led the Client Strategies Group, which is responsible for the products, services and solutions delivered to clients, as well as Research, Trading and Marketing.

Andrew Miedler
Principal, Finance

Andy leads the Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Expenditure Management, Finance Systems and Solutions and Canadian Finance areas within the Finance division. He began his career with Edward Jones in 2002 and was named a principal in 2011.

Lisa Pelikan
Principal, Advisory Programs

Lisa is responsible for the Solutions Training, the areas that provides the Investment Advisory Advanced Training strategy and delivery for branch teams. She began her career with Edward Jones in 2007 and was named a principal in 2009.
